Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1-2 garlic cloves or onion
- 1 tsp salt, black pepper
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes in thin slices. Lay evenly in baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Pour cream evenly over potatoes.
Bake in 200˚C oven for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Put back in oven for 30 minutes. Cover with foil paper if necessary for the last 10-15 minutes.
