Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Endive
- 6 bacon slices, diced and fried
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/4 c water
- 4 T sugar
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon. Remove bacon from grease with a slotted spoon. Add remaining ingredients to hot bacon grease. Pour hot dressing over endive to wilt. Sprinkle with bacon.
