Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
  • 2 t. Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 3/4 c. evoo

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into blender, adjust seasonings if necessary. Store in frig. but remove 30 minutes before serving

Works easily with emulsion blender with ingredients in a bowl
