MARINATED FLANK STEAK

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 finely chopped green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soya sauce, honey and vinegar in a mixing jar. Add garlic clove and ginger. Then add salad oil and onion and mix well. Score flank steak on both sides i a diamond pattern. Marinate overnight or for 4 hours. BBQ on medium flame for 6 minutes each side.
Slice thinly across the grian and serve.
