Ingredients
- 4 lbs potatoes (9 cups cooked)
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- butter
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Peal and dice cooked potatoes. Mix together sour cream, onion flakes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add to potatoes and stir gently. Place in large casserole, dot with butter and paprika. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350.
