White Queso Dip

Smooth and creamy dip with a mild kick for tortilla chips -- Delicious!
Just like you would get at a Mexican restaurant.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta White Cheese, cut up in cubes
  • 2 4 oz. cans green chilies, with liquid
  • 6 Jalapeno slices, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. Jalapeno juice from jar
  • 1/4 cup cream or as needed for dipping consistency

Preparation

Step 1

Put the cheese, chilies, Jalapenos, and cream in bowl, microwave to melt cheese and stir mixture until blended and smooth.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
