Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together 1st 2 ingredients and get out lumps. Microwave 2 minutes, stir, then 1 minute increments while whisking to remove lumps.
do this till thick. Cool in freezer.
mix remaining ingredients & beat till creamy. Keep beating while adding a couple of Tbsp of thickening at a time till fluffy and airy. (takes about 10 minutes)
**Store in fridge
