Ingredients
- 1 cup celery slices
- 1/4 cup margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 lb. velveeta
- 1 4oz. can mushrooms
- chow mein noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add chicken, mushrooms, and pimiento; heat. Serve over noodles.
