Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Mussels
- 2 Tsp Olive oil
- 2 Onions cut in thin rings
- 1/2 cup bite size pork
- 1/2 cup bite size sweet italian sausage
- 1 stem of parsley
- pinch of pepper and paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Let mussels stand in water and salt over night. Saute onions in olive oil in cataplana plan. Add paprika and pepper. Stir well. Add mussels, pork, sausage and parsley. Close pan and place in oven at moderate heat for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
