Peanut Butter Cup and Pretzel Terrine

Ingredients

  • 3 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 20 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 3/4 C pretzels, broken

Preparation

Step 1

Line a loaf pan with parchment, leaving an overhang. Press 1 1/2 pints ice cream into pan, top with peanut butter cups, another 1 1/2 pints ice cream, and pretzels. Freeze until firm- 2 hours to 2 days. To serve, remove from pan and slice.
