Charred Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 6 smashed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons each taragon and whole-grain mustard
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Toss green beans on a baking sheet with smashed garlic cloves, water and olive oil. Roast at 450 degrees F until the beans are tender and slightly charred, about 20 minutes. Toss chopped tarragon and whole-grain mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
