Ingredients
- 5 to 6 links bratwurst sausage
- 1 medium head cabbage coarsely shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup creamy honey-mustard dressing
- 1/4 cup applesauce or apple cider
- 1 to 2 teaspoons caraway seed
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown sausage and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Combine sausage with cabbage and onion in the slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
