Ingredients
- 32 oz. fresh sauerkraut 1 lb. corned beef, chopped 8 oz. grated Swiss cheese 1 1 cups low-fat mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 cup green onions, sliced Triscuits or party rye
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and squeeze sauerkraut. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9-inch-by-13-inch baking dish for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread.
