Chili and Rice -

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 pound of hamburger
  • 2 packages of Chili Seasoning mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Power - optional spice
  • 2 8-oz cans of tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans (drained)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare 1 to 2 cups of rice according to package directions.

Brown 1 pound of hamburger, and drain off the fat.

Mix together the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes

Serve over rice.
