Ingredients
- 8 T unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 c EVOO
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T chopped shallot
- 1 t chopped garlic
- 1/4 c chopped parsley
- 1 T chopped chives
- 1 T chopped sage
- 1 T chopped thyme
- 1 t chopped tarragon
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor & blend.
2. Transfer to a pastry bag or plastic bag. Set aside (or refrigerate if made a day ahead).
