Ingredients
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cups scoop-style tortilla chips (about 30 chips)
- 1 small carrot, shredded (about 1/3 cup)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup very small (1/2 inch) broccoli florets (about 30)

Preparation
Step 1
Spoon scant 1/2 teaspoon dressing in center of each chip. Top each with pinch of carrot, bell pepper and 1 broccoli floret. Place on serving plate or tray; serve immediately.
