Ingredients
- Dry:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp ground clove
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- wet:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour milk (milk with lemon juice)
- 3 medium eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix thoroughly and add eggs. Beat.
Put mixture into 2 greased and floured 8x8 cake pans and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
