Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1 1/4 cups sesame snack crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
1. Cut Chicken beast into 1 inch pieces
2. Set aside
3. Place mayonnaise, milk, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne in a shallow bowl.
4. Put Crackers in another shallow bowl.
5. Dip chicken pieces in mayonnaise mixture then coat with cracker crumbs.
6.Arrange chicken pieces on a foil-lined baking sheet
7.Place baking sheet in the preheated oven.
8.Bake for 8-10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink
Golden Chicken nuggets are ready
Serve with sauce(BBQ, Sweet & Sour ect.)
