Ingredients
- 4 lb. Yellow Squash, sliced
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Stick Margarine or Butter
- 1 Can Mushroom Soup
- 2 Cups Cornflakes, crushed
- 1 Cup American Cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Slice squash and onion in saucepan. Cook in water over medium heat about 20 minutes. Drain in colander. Mash and add other ingredients, place in baking dish and cover top with 1 cup grated American cheese and cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
