Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 15oz black bean can, drained and reserve liquid
- 2 Tbps lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Tahini
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Greek Olives (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mince garlic in food processor, add beans, 2 Tbsp reserved liquid, 2 TBsp lemon juice, tahini, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.
Process until smooth, Add Additional seasonings and liquid to taste. Garnish w/ paprika and olives
