Quick and easy, and full of flavor, this oyster stuffing recipe will become a favorite! You can make it ahead of time and keep in the refrigerator until ready to bake.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8 cups dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cups oysters
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sage
- 2 cups turkey broth

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix the bread crumbs, celery, onion, parsley, oysters, salt, black pepper, thyme and sage. Stir in the turkey broth to moisten the mixture. Transfer to the casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until the top is toasted, about 45-60 minutes.
