Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 20 oz frozen cauliflower, thawed or 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into
- pieces
- 1 cup finely grated swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Spray 2 Quart casserole with cooking spray. Stir together soup, milk, garlic, cauliflower and half the cheese. Place in dish sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake 50 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
