GELATIN FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) can Milnot

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Jell-O and pineapple in heavy saucepan. Heat over low heat until Jell-O is dissolved; stir in cheese until it blends well. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and cranberry sauce. Chill until mixture starts to thicken; blend in Milnot. Pour into a 8 cup mold or a 7 x 11 inch flat dish. Chill thoroughly for several hours or overnight.
