Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pear halves, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Place first 4 ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the fruit with almonds. Combine butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Top fruit with brown sugar mixture; bake at 325deg for 1 hour
