Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
Preparation
Step 1
Wash 1 bunch of fresh spinach. Gather together and tie.
In a saucepan, bring 6 cups of water and 1 tsp. salt to a boil over high heat.
Hold spinach by stems and lower into boiling water. Release.
Blanch for 1 minute until spinach is bright green and wilted.
Rinse in cold water. Squeeze out excess water and remove ties.
Lay spinach bundle along edge of bamboo sushi mat and roll
Cut into 2" pieces
Dress with sesame dressing
