Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup light butter
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop mushroom stems. Saute with onion and garlic in butter. Add bread crumbs-pepper. Fill caps.
2. Cook at 350 15 mins.
