Pumpkin Rice Pudding, Slow Cooker
- Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
- Short grain white rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
- Pumpkin puree 2 Cup (32 tbs)
- Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
- Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
- Pumpkin pie spice 4 Teaspoon
- Vanilla paste/Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
- Non stick spray 2 Dash
1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir well. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until the rice is tender.
3. Serve rice pudding with cinnamon whipped cream.
