Vegetable Side: Creamed Corn Gulliver's style

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 pinch white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour



Step 1

Combine all ingredients except last two in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Simmer 5 minutes.

Blend butter with flour until smooth.

Add to the corn.

Mix well and remove from heat.
