Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 container (12 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Combine brown sugar, maple syrup, butter and vanilla in 11 x 7 inch baking dish. sprinkle with pineapple tidbits, pecans and coconut.

3. Cut biscuits into quarters; arrange over coconut. Bake 25-30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Invert onto serving plate; serve warm.
