Pink Rice Salad
- 1 heaping cup minute rice
- 1 3-oz pkg raspberry jello
- 1 large can fruit cocktail
- 1 8-oz tub whipped topping
Cook rice as directed on pkg.
Dissolve jello in 1 c boiling water.
Combine dissolved jello, warm rice, and fruit cocktail.
Chill until partially set.
Add whipped topping and blend well.
Put in 9 x 13 pan and chill until set.
