Ingredients
- 4 Cups Biscuit Crumbs or 2-day old Bread Crumbs)
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 1/2 Cups Fresh Pineapple
- 1 Cup Raisins
- 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2-4 Tbs. Margarine, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and pour into a well-greased baking dish. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until straw inserted in pudding comes out clean.
