Ingredients
- 1 lb. Aspargus
- 2 T. Butter
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 t. sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Cut 1 lb. of fresh aspargus into 1 1//2" pcs. and saute for 2 minutes in 2 T of butter and 1 minced garlic clove
Stir in 1/2 c. chicken broth, cover, and cook on low until tender-crisp.
Remove to serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
