Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 mangos, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup red grapes, seedless
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey (3 to 4)
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger

Preparation

Step 1

1. COMBINE fruit.

2. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, honey and ginger. Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate. Stir before serving.

Notes: This is unbelievably good - did not measure proportions - simply ground up ginger in mini-processor, added lime juice and honey and whiired up in processor. Tossed with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and mangoes. To die for good!
