Ingredients
- 3 c. canned peaches
- 1/2 c. peach juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix filling ingredients and place in pastry lined pan. Dot with butter and top with crust.
Bake in a hot oven 425 F for 15 minutes and then 350F for about 25 minutes.
