1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350.

2. Mix flour-salt.

3. Add buttermilk-vanilla. Beat well. Add coffee. Pour into pan.

4. Bake 35-40 mins.

5. Mix sugar-buttermilk. Drizzle over cake.
