Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup fresh veggies (onion, pepper, mushroom)
  • 1/3 cup chopped ham, sausage, or bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put oily browns and veggies in actifry
Add oil
Cook for 10 minutes
Add meat
Cook for 5 minutes
Add beaten eggs
Cook for 5 minutes
Add cheese and cook until melted
