Snappy Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb American cheese
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion soup and gravy concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp french mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheese, water, and concentrate.

cook in double boiler over hot water until cheese melts.

Add remaining and serve hot over cauliflower, green beans, asparagus, peas, and onions. Yields 1 c.
