Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1/2 teasp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup quick oats
• 1 teasp. baking soda
• 1/4 teasp. salt
• 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate bits

Preparation

Step 1

Beat sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg til creamy

Mix in oats, baking soda, salt.

Stir in chocolate bits

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet

Bake 10-12 mins. cool 1 min. before removing.
