Ingredients
- 10 oysters
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 green onions, cut in 1" lengths
- sliced ginger
- cooking sherry
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat wok and add 2 tbsp. oil.
Stir fry onions and ginger for 5 seconds.
Add oysters and stir fry.
Add cooking sherry, salt, pepper, sugar, and sesame oil to taste
Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water
