Oysters with Ginger and Onion

Ingredients

  • 10 oysters
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 green onions, cut in 1" lengths
  • sliced ginger
  • cooking sherry
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat wok and add 2 tbsp. oil.
Stir fry onions and ginger for 5 seconds.
Add oysters and stir fry.
Add cooking sherry, salt, pepper, sugar, and sesame oil to taste
Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water
