Ingredients
- Serves 4
- 2-3 whole garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon organic Worcestershire (such as Annie’s Naturals)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (such as Costco’s Kirkland brand)
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds (such as organic Nutiva brand)
- Unrefined sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (leave this out if you want it to be 100% vegan)
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Note: Dressing will keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days if stored in a covered container.
