Slo-Cooker Beef Au Jus

Ingredients

  • 1-3 ib. Boneless rump roast
  • 1 - lg. onion, sliced
  • 3/4 - cup low sodium beef broth
  • 1-1 oz. Pkg.au jus gravy mix
  • 2 - cloves garlic , halved
  • 1/4 - tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut roast in half, brown on all sides, over medium high heat.
Place onion in a slo-cooker ,top with meat.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over meat.
Cover and cook over iow heat for 6-7 h ours or until meat & onion are tender.
Remove to cutting board, let stand for 10 minutes, slice thinly and serve.
