Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 10-12 oz. bag tortilla chips
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Sour cream and Salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat. Stir in beans, rotel, taco seasoning, onions, water and soup.
Layer tortilla chips, meat, and then cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
Add salsa and sour cream.
