Pecan Drops

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 teasp. salt
• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
• 2 Tbsp. light cream
• 2 teasp vanilla extract
• 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Sift flour with salt and set aside

Cream butter, shortening sugar and vanilla until smoothe and fluffy

Add flour mixture then nuts

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet

Bake 15-20 mins.
