Super-Food Kale Salad

  • 1/2 big bag chopped kale or 1 small bag
  • 1 bag broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 bag shredded carrots
  • 1 bag frozen shelled edamame
  • 1-2 cups salted cashews (to taste)
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds (to taste)
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • Dressing of your choice - Janet used lite raspberry dressing (Annies)



Step 1

Mix all of the above and toss with dressing.
