  • 1 cup 2% milk heated with 1/2 cup water
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened natural cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. unsalted almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of chili powder
