- 1 can (15 ounces) 100% pure pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt (such as Stonyfield Farms®)
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 4 squares cinnamon graham crackers, crushed (optional)

Place the pumpkin puree in a freezer-safe container and freeze it until solid, at least 3 hours.
Step 2.
Combine the frozen pumpkin, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a blender and puree the mixture until smooth.
Step 3.
Divide the smoothie among four glasses. Top with the crushed crackers if desired.
Tip: Don’t have time to freeze the canned pumpkin? Just add ½ cup of crushed ice to the blender along with everything else.
