Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup large corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup creme de menthe
  • 2 sq. (2oz) simisweet chocolate, shaved
  • green food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, beat eggs on high until light (4 minutes). Add whipping cream, milk, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir until sugar dissolved. Add cream de monthe. Stire in a few drops of green food coloring. Pour into 4 qt ice creaam freezer and freeze. Stire in chocolate. Riben 3 hours in freezed.
