Ingredients
- 17 ounce box Wheat Chex
- 1 can, mixed nuts
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 2/3 cup light Karo syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
Put Chex and nuts in a doubled brown paper bag.
Bring the brown sugar, butter, and Karo syrup to a boil, boil 2 minutes. Pour mixture over the Chex mix and shake. Fold top down and put in microwave on high for 2 minutes, take out, shake again, and put back in microwave for another 2 minutes. Pour out onto 2 cookie sheets (large), break apart large pieces. Your done.
