  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 5 tablespoons cold butter
  • 1.5 cup grated sharp white cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheddar
  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • quarter teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • half teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

combined Bisquick with cold butter in medium bowl using pastry cutter. Do not mix to thorough. There should be small chunks of butter and there about the size of peas. Add cheddar cheese, milk, quarter teaspoon garlic. Mix by hand until combined do not over mix.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Drop quarter cup portions of dough on ungreased cookie sheet using ice cream scoop. Bake 15 to 17 min. until tops of bisquits turn light brown.
After removing biscuits from oven, brush tops with melted topping mixture.
