Ingredients

  • non stick cooking spray
  • 2 pds beef chuck cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 12 oz tiny new potatoes quartered
  • 4 med carrots cut in 1/2 in pieces
  • 1 med onion cut in wedges
  • 1 10.75 can reduced fat and sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c low sodium beef broth
  • 1 t dried marjoram or thyme
  • 2 c frozen cut green beans

Preparation

Step 1

coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat over med high
aqdd half the beef-cook and stir till brown-remove and add remaining beef and cook till browned-drain off fat
place meat in slow cooker
stir in potatoes, carrots, onions, cream of mushroom soup, broth and marjoram
cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours
turn cooker to high and stir in green beans
cover and cook 30 mins more
