Ingredients
- non stick cooking spray
- 2 pds beef chuck cut in 1 inch cubes
- 12 oz tiny new potatoes quartered
- 4 med carrots cut in 1/2 in pieces
- 1 med onion cut in wedges
- 1 10.75 can reduced fat and sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c low sodium beef broth
- 1 t dried marjoram or thyme
- 2 c frozen cut green beans

Preparation
Step 1
coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat over med high
aqdd half the beef-cook and stir till brown-remove and add remaining beef and cook till browned-drain off fat
place meat in slow cooker
stir in potatoes, carrots, onions, cream of mushroom soup, broth and marjoram
cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours
turn cooker to high and stir in green beans
cover and cook 30 mins more
